EZBOOX is an internal bookkeeping and company management tool for ECSS Group LLC and its authorized users. Access is by invitation only; public registration is not available.

Who operates EZBOOX

ECSS Group LLC operates EZBOOX for bookkeeping and company collaboration. Jose Maria Polanco and Marc Jean Louis, Managing Partners, are the responsible contacts. Email info@ecssgroup.net for privacy, security, or deletion requests.

Information used by the service

EZBOOX stores account details, password verification information, company access assignments, business contacts, accounting records, documents, and company logos entered by authorized users. Security records can include session identifiers, IP addresses, and browser details. If you set up two-step verification, the service stores encrypted authenticator setup information and encrypted recovery codes.

Bank connections and consent

The bank-connection preview currently uses Plaid Sandbox test data. Real-bank connections are not enabled. When a company owner opens a supported connection flow, Plaid handles the institution authorization screens. EZBOOX receives authorized account identifiers and transaction data through Plaid, rather than collecting your bank password in EZBOOX.

Bank connections are optional. Only a company owner can connect or manage them. Imported transactions remain separate from bookkeeping until reviewed and matched by an authorized user. Bank feed access requires two-step verification. Review Plaid's consumer privacy information as part of its connection flow.

How information is used and shared

Information supports sign-in, company bookkeeping, document delivery, bank-feed review, troubleshooting, and security. Users assigned to a company can access its records according to their permissions. Hosting, email-delivery, and bank-connection providers process information needed to supply their services. EZBOOX does not sell your personal information or use bank data for advertising.

Retention, disconnection, and deletion

Business records remain available while your company uses EZBOOX. Archiving a company preserves its history; it does not delete it. Disconnecting a bank stops future access through that connection and clears its stored access token after provider revocation succeeds. Previously imported transactions and accounting records remain stored.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion, contact info@ecssgroup.net. We may need to verify your identity and authority for the company. Requests are reviewed individually, including any accounting-record preservation requirements. There is currently no automatic purge or self-service permanent company deletion. Removal from active storage does not immediately remove information from previously created backups; applicable backup retention must be checked when handling the request.

Protecting your account

Use a unique password, enable two-step verification, and keep recovery codes private. Do not email bank passwords, authenticator setup keys, recovery codes, or tax identity documents. If you suspect unauthorized access, report it to info@ecssgroup.net promptly.

Changes and questions

This notice will be updated when the service or its data practices change, including before real-bank connections are enabled. Contact info@ecssgroup.net with questions.
